Gaines Township teen was killed in multiple-vehicle accident.
There are a lot of good drivers out on the roads, sadly not all of them are so good. A driver this coming up Thursday is being sentenced for a crime that haunts most drivers. This same driver was previously convicted of vehicular homicide, killing a innocent pedestrian. How could some one with one death already on record and fifty three moving violations get his CDL back? We discuss this and more on this show.

The fact that after 53 MOVING VIOLATIONS and KILLING a pedestrian, this asshole was STILL on the road it clearly states that the trucking regulatory systems and statutes clearly need to be re-examined and reworked so people like him could NEVER get behind the wheel again. It just makes you wonder how many renegade truckers/companys are really out there and dont give a shit to let some felon jam gears. Toi even kill someone then still have the desire to get back into a truck just seems too unreal and assenine for me to comprehend. Its people and companys like that, that give us truckers a bad reputation. Without the trucking industry America doesnt get its goods, provided rail has stepped in ( in the form of intermodal ) but we STILL have to log mile after mile to even hump it to the rail yards in that fashion. If you cant keep it safe and play by the rules you clearly do NOT belong on the highway
