I’m thoroughly familiar with Hugh “The Blowhard Polar Bear” Rowland… and this still wasn’t funny. There was a grain of a decent idea, but dude didn’t develop it at all. Perhaps next time he’ll actually write some jokes, instead of merely having an idea then grabbing a camera and winging it.
