How much would you pay to learn how to drive a tractor trailer in a hurry?
There is many trucking schools to decide from, I understand this can be a daunting task. Not a day passes without at least 200 emails in my in box around 20 of them asking various questions about truck driver training schools. I have continued to respond to those questions on a per case basis for now, until I can write a official guide. Mind you these questions are not a simple reply, most differ greatly based on your personal situation.
While I work on writing what to look for in a qualified truck driver training school I would like to invite Bobby Boofay from thekeystruckers to show you what not to look for in a trucking school with this hilarious video titled “Bobby Boofay’s 24 hour truck driving school”.

Yo, Steve! I see you’re driving a Cascadia in your trucking is in your blood video. Is it as good as the hype sez? I’m driving a smaller truck now that I like pretty good, but I’m gonna have to replace it soon, unfortunately. it’ a Sterling and they don’t make them anymore so I guess I’ll have to replace it with something else. It’s a 2001 Acterra with a CAT 3126 and an 18 ft reefer body – so not a big rig, but not a pickup either. A Cascadia is prolly to big for what I need but I keep hearing how great they are. You ever driven a M2 (smaller Freightliner)?
