Holding born down with piping; Speed case went on
A 30-year-old Fallon man surmised of piping his mother’s boyfriend on Monday came out in Justice Court on Wednesday. Loren Heath Holding, who also goes by Loren Martin, was nominated court-ordered counsel on Wednesday. Paul Drakulich was delegated the case.

Indian Valley Area police reports, Feb. 4
Assault Joseph Nieves, 31, of the 200 block of Telford Pike, is born down with uncomplicated assault, harassment and bare-knuckle conduct after officers were named for a report of a domesticated assault on Jan. 26, Franconia Township Police Department stated.
