This semi lost control when one or more of his tires blew out as he was going around a curve (it was windy too, I guess…)

This is kind of old news, really. It happened Spring ’08, but I’m just now posting these pictures…

Slow cooker "Beef Pot Roast" from Sandra Lee’s Semi-Homemade: The Complete Cookbook over rice. Ingredients: chuck roast, frozen sliced carrots, frozen chopped onions, cream of celery soup, low-sodium beef broth, Worcestershire sauce. Extremely tasty, but much too much gravy!
