“Above and Beyond”: Accessibility in Rush

Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, is at the forefront of institutions that promote the rights of people with disabilities. This video shows Rush’s commitment to people with disabilities and universal access. Among those featured in the video are Bette Erica Van Zuidam, 2010 winner of the Eugene JM.A. Dr. Thonar Award, along with myself Thonar, Rush CEO Larry Goodman, Dr. Paula Brown’s Office of Equal Opportunities and Marca Bristo, president and CEO of Access Living.
