umm news flash! if the vista freezes it disables the whole OS the only thing you can do is hold down the power button to force shut your computer whereas in the rare occasions that a mac software freezes (the mac OS does not freeze like vista) all you have to do is right click it in the dock and click on force quit as opposed to alt-ctrl-del “twister” in vista which on itself freezes at times.. so yeah good luck with you rotting pc!
dude my pc has crashed once.. and guess all i had to do, theres a lil simple basic button on the uppper left of the keyboard called esc* short for “escape” and my windows vista os was working like a charm again, whilst we do this, you gotta do some twister shit with your hands on the imac keyboard and force quit. so really. new material …

buddy once your pc has had its first crash it starts pumping out less efficiency and degenerates whereas this is not the case with macs. so if you look at it on a price vs time used ratio you will find that macs cost less if not the same than what a pc does.

2) If it did, then that would be stupid anyway. There aren’t any mobility 8800′s out. If there WERE, then it would rasie the retail price of an All-In-One computer by about $1000 because MOBILITY parts tend to cost MUCH more than desktop components.

The Drivers on the X1600 were fully matured at the time that the Benchmark was made, the 8600m’s drivers were NOT fully developed.

On top of that, the EARLY Benchmark scores in the 8600m based Macbook Pro’s weren’t as good as the X1600′s that they were replacing either. Does that make the x1600 a better card than an 8600?
